DZTEEZ TERMS, CONDITIONS, REFUND POLICY, PRIVACY POLICY & PROCEDURES

DzTeez offers:

  • PNG files

  • DTF transfer designs

  • Sublimation designs

  • Graphic design resources

  • T-shirts

  • Hoodies

  • Sweatshirts

  • Tumblers

  • Mugs

  • Accessories

  • Custom merchandise

  • Personalized products

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or update any product, service, pricing, description, or availability without prior notice.


3. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD POLICY (STRICT FINAL SALE)

Due to the nature of digital products, ALL DIGITAL DOWNLOAD SALES ARE FINAL.

Digital products include but are not limited to:

  • PNG files

  • DTF designs

  • Sublimation files

  • Instant downloads

  • Graphic design files

  • Digital artwork

  • Printable products

Once a digital file has been delivered, downloaded, emailed, or made accessible to the customer, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.

No Refunds, Exchanges, or Cancellations

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital products cannot be returned.

  • No refunds will be issued after delivery.

  • No exchanges will be provided.

  • No cancellations are permitted after delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchasing.

File Compatibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that purchased files are compatible with their software, equipment, printers, cutters, or production methods before purchase.

Corrupted or Incorrect Files

If a file is defective, corrupted, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered, DzTeez may provide a replacement file at its sole discretion.

Replacement of the file shall be the customer’s exclusive remedy.

No monetary refunds will be issued.


4. APPAREL & PHYSICAL PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Applicable products include:

  • T-shirts

  • Hoodies

  • Sweatshirts

  • Mugs

  • Tumblers

  • Accessories

  • Physical merchandise

Return Eligibility

Eligible returns must:

  • Be submitted within thirty (30) days of delivery.

  • Be unused.

  • Be unworn.

  • Be unwashed.

  • Be in original condition.

  • Include original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase.

DzTeez reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approval.


5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Digital downloads

  • Personalized products

  • Custom products

  • Made-to-order merchandise

  • Clearance items

  • Sale items

  • Promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn merchandise

  • Washed merchandise

  • Altered merchandise

  • Damaged merchandise caused by customer misuse


6. REFUND PROCEDURES

Upon receipt of an approved return:

  1. The item will be inspected.

  2. The customer will be notified of approval or denial.

  3. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times vary by financial institution and payment processor.

DzTeez reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet policy requirements.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Customers must notify DzTeez within seven (7) days of delivery regarding:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect products

Claims submitted after seven (7) days may be denied.

Customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Detailed description

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

Approved claims may receive:

  • Replacement product

  • Replacement shipment

No cash refunds are guaranteed.


8. RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Customers should use a trackable shipping service.

DzTeez is not responsible for:

  • Lost returns

  • Misdelivered returns

  • Damaged return shipments

Returns remain the customer’s responsibility until received by DzTeez.


9. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins.

Once any of the following occurs, cancellation is no longer possible:

  • Production begins

  • Printing begins

  • Packaging begins

  • Shipping begins

  • Digital delivery occurs

  • Download access is granted

Custom and personalized orders generally cannot be canceled after submission.


10. PAYMENT POLICY

All payments must be authorized by the cardholder or payment account owner.

DzTeez reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Reject transactions

  • Cancel orders

  • Limit quantities

  • Request verification

for any reason, including suspected fraud or abuse.


11. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY

By placing an order, customers agree to contact DzTeez before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or claim with a financial institution.

Customers agree to allow DzTeez a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve any issue.

Fraud Protection Measures

DzTeez may:

  • Verify customer identity

  • Verify billing information

  • Verify shipping information

  • Request additional documentation

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Refuse future service

Chargeback Disputes

DzTeez reserves the right to contest and defend against all improper chargebacks using evidence including:

  • Download access logs

  • Customer communications

  • Fraud screening records

Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently restricted from future purchases.

Protected content includes:

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, shared, modified, or republished without prior written permission from DzTeez.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.


13. LIMITED LICENSE FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Purchase of a digital file grants the purchaser a limited, non-transferable license to use the file according to the specific license accompanying the product.

Unless expressly authorized:

Customers may not:

  • Resell digital files

  • Share digital files

  • Redistribute digital files

  • Give away digital files

  • Claim ownership of designs

  • Upload files to sharing websites

DzTeez retains all ownership rights.


14. PRIVACY POLICY

DzTeez respects customer privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.

Information collected may include:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Billing address

  • Shipping address

  • Telephone number

  • Payment information

Failure to follow this process may affect available remedies where permitted by law.

These Terms, Conditions, Policies, and Procedures shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the state in which DzTeez, LLC conducts business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

DzTeez reserves the right to update, revise, modify, or replace these Terms, Conditions, Policies, and Procedures at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting to the Website.

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.


21. CHECKOUT AGREEMENT

By checking the acceptance box during checkout, you acknowledge and agree:

“I have read and agree to the DzTeez Terms, Conditions, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Procedures. I understand that digital downloads are non-refundable and final sale. I agree to contact DzTeez at debates@dzteez.com before initiating any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal.”
